The Future Global Leadership Programme is a 12-week initiative designed to empower young Black professionals worldwide. Through specialized training in policy advocacy, leadership, and activism, participants gain the skills and networks needed to address systemic inequities and create meaningful change. With access to mentorship from leading Black executives, policymakers, and activists, the programme fosters collaboration and drives real-world impact. Graduates join a global network of changemakers dedicated to advancing racial equity and innovation.
